About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent in the warehousing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit.
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure adherence to time-sensitive targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Warehousing/Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
