About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers/Stakeholders to understand qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position.
- Craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates more effectively.
- Review and analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms, emails, or other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.
- Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with overall talent acquisition goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers/Stakeholders and the Recruitment team on candidate sourcing progress.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously
- 2 – 6 years relevant work experience
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
