
Talent Acquisition Strategist

Net2Source is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our internal hiring initiatives. This role will focus on developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving talent mobility within the organization.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent, focusing on skills and qualifications that align with business objectives.
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative culture that promotes employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive and manage the internal hiring process, identifying opportunities to promote talent mobility while maintaining a positive employee experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to streamline recruitment processes, improve time-to-hire metrics, and enhance the employer brand within the staffing industry.
- Stay updated on the latest staffing technologies, recruitment strategies, and compliance regulations to ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor laws and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Enhance the organization's ability to scale recruitment efforts during peak hiring periods or client-driven demand, leveraging expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within fast-paced environments.
- Partner with senior leadership to align hiring efforts with organizational objectives, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of internal hiring processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within fast-paced environments.
- Expertise with Recruiter & ATS (JobDiva).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and implement actionable strategies.
