Business Development Manager Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts independently, and developing strong relationships with corporate partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships through market analysis and networking
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities via research and customer engagement
  • Manage client accounts effectively to ensure timely delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Talent Solutions industry
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, staffing models (permanent, contract, C2H)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
