Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and develop long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication Facilitation: Coordinate effectively between the company and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to support sales efforts, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform daily tasks such as client communications, financial document reviews, customer service follow-ups, and sales strategy coordination.
Requirements:
- Business Acumen: Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and relevant experience in Finance and Sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is a plus, and proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
- Track Record: Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
