Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Sales Field Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in the field—particularly in the interiors, design, or home improvement sector. The candidate must be confident, target-driven, and willing to travel to different locations for lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to residential and commercial areas to identify potential customers interested in interior design or renovation services.
  • Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door marketing, cold calling, site visits, and local networking.
  • Promote the company's interior products and services to prospective customers.
  • Distribute brochures, marketing materials, and engage with walk-in customers or prospects at sites, exhibitions, or partner locations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, contractors, and other potential lead sources.
  • Schedule appointments for design consultations and follow up with interested leads.
  • Track, record, and report field activities, leads, and customer feedback using CRM tools or manual systems.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and design team to ensure smooth handover and conversion of leads.
  • Represent the brand professionally in the market.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
