The Role

You will be the voice of our brand, connecting with potential homebuyers, pitching property details, and booking site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with incoming leads over phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Pitch property details clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for interested homebuyers.
  • Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads into active clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handovers.
  • Record and update client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate preferred (but not mandatory).
  • A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
