Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community and Events Professional to build and nurture a thriving long-term community and social media presence. This role is crucial for maintaining industry leadership by engaging with professionals and identifying future leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online and offline community, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty.
  • Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute a series of engaging online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message, expand reach, and drive community participation.
  • Liaise with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.
  • Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement.
