Seeking an accomplished Sales Professional with expertise in interior design and commercial furniture solutions to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

A minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry is required.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics are required.
  • Self-motivation with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales is necessary.
