Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the growth and development of a ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of experts in solution architecting, capability building, and business pursuit management to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create proactive client propositions, deliver reactive client solutions, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment: create talent acquisition strategies, work with talent acquisition for fulfillment, and determine and deploy the right team with relevant skill sets to execute projects.
  • Employee experience: drive high-touch employee engagement, mentor budding & junior talent, identify and groom next-level leaders, and create a culture based on trust, innovation, and growth.

Key Qualifications:

  1. 18+ years of experience with 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role in an IT services company.
  2. Deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  3. Excellent communication and networking skills to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
  4. High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
