  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Transform marketing-driven leads into productive conversations and schedule walkthroughs that yield results.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects.
  • Be proactive in addressing inbound calls, process form submissions from clients promptly, and nurture leads with minimal delay.
  • Utilize strong presence of mind and decisiveness to qualify leads and influence customers toward coworking solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, manage follow-up calls, and proactively cultivate leads.
  • Identify business prospects and assign them to the sales team for further coordination while ensuring proper lead qualification.
  • Maintain adaptability in responding to process changes and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure accurate CRM management and suggest improvements to the marketing team.
  • Determine when to nudge and when to wait, focusing on converting warm and hot leads for sales. Maintain a clean CRM and answer calls promptly, ensuring timely responses to clients.
  • Follow up effectively, bringing hesitant prospects closer to making a decision.
  • Prepare insightful sales reports and identify areas for process improvement.
