
Premium Experience Conversion Specialist

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where you will help convert inbound leads into paid bookings for premium experiences.
You will be responsible for responding to new leads quickly, qualifying their needs, recommending options, and keeping tidy records.
- First Response: Acknowledge new leads promptly and log them in the CRM system.
- Discovery: Ask basic questions to determine the lead's requirements and shortlist 2-3 matching experiences.
- Follow-ups: Send concise summaries via WhatsApp or email with payment links and next steps.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Keep track of stages and ensure every lead has a clear next action and timestamp.
- Post-Booking Assist: Share confirmations, answer FAQs, and collect feedback/testimonials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative selling for premium experiences
- CRM discipline and simple funnel metrics (lead → won)
- Objection handling without discounting by default
- Writing crisp, friendly communication scripts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Friendly phone/WhatsApp presence; quick typing and clean formatting
- Basic Google Sheets; comfort with checklists and templates
- High ownership and reliability
