About This Role

We are seeking a skilled conversational AI professional to design and deploy scalable, production-grade Lex bots using Amazon Lex V2.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building conversational experiences and will be responsible for defining intents, utterances, and slots, as well as setting up multi-turn conversations.

  • Configure Amazon Lex Knowledge Bases and manage dynamic document sources
  • Handle Lex bot versioning, aliasing, and promotion across environments
  • Leverage Lex's native integrations with Lambda, Connect, and Cognito to deliver advanced conversational flows
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement conversational AI experiences using Amazon Lex V2
  • Configure and manage Lex Knowledge Bases and dynamic document sources
  • Ensure functional completeness and improved user experience during migration of existing bots or workflows from other platforms into Lex V2
  • Work closely with frontend, QA, and API teams to ensure successful Lex integration and functionality across platforms
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces
