We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative voice AI systems and intelligent agents. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, particularly with Python or similar languages.

The selected professional will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems for exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

  • Develop and maintain AI-driven speech-to-speech conversational agents.
  • Build low-latency features that enhance user experiences.
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines.
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate on defining success metrics for AI features.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with Python or similar languages.
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in API design.
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and deployment automation.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with vector databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Healthcare or financial services industry.
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work.
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs.
