Job Opportunity: AI System Developer

The role of an AI System Developer involves the creation of advanced artificial intelligence systems that can learn and act in complex environments.

  • Design and implement scalable autonomous agents executing intricate workflows and reasoning over vast datasets.\
  • Research, prototype, and productionize machine learning models leveraging techniques like LangChain, AutoGen, and OpenAI Function Calling.\
  • Develop sophisticated legal agents capable of interpreting documents, making decisions, and collaborating with users or other agents to accomplish multi-step tasks.\
  • Fine-tune and integrate large language models using PEFT, LoRA, and RAG techniques for domain-specific challenges.\
  • Develop robust infrastructure for managing the AI lifecycle, including training, inference, monitoring, and continuous learning.\
  • Collaborate closely with experts, product managers, and engineers to create explainable and trustworthy AI systems.\
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for agent-based automation in contract management.\

    • Strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science, with deep expertise in machine learning and natural language processing.\
    • Proven experience building or integrating agentic AI systems (AutoGPT-style agents, goal-oriented LLM pipelines, multi-agent frameworks).\
    • Proficiency in Python, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Spacy.\
    • Experience developing and scaling machine learning models in production.\
    • Understanding of LLM training, embeddings, and prompt engineering.\
    • Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning (PPO, RLHF, RLAIF).\
    • Experience with text and semantic information extraction from structured/unstructured documents.\
    • Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration.\
    • Passion for building autonomous systems solving real-world problems.\
