Experience Level: 0-3 years of experience.

We're Looking for Talent With Expertise in One or More of the Following Areas:

  • Agentic AI
     – Designing autonomous, reasoning-driven systems
  • Edge AI
     – Building low-latency, on-device inference models
  • Quantum Computing
     – Practical experience with 
    IBM Quantum
     or 
    Azure Quantum
  • Quantum Development Frameworks
     – Proficiency in 
    Qiskit
    , 
    Q#
    , or 
    Cirq
  • Python
     (required) for ML/AI pipelines and quantum programming
  • Deep Learning
     – Using 
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
     frameworks
  • NLP and LLMs
     – Experience with 
    transformer architectures
    , prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models
  • ML Ops
     – Knowledge in 
    model deployment, performance tuning
    , and monitoring
  • Strong foundations in 
    Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra
    , and 
    Statistics

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Solid understanding of 
    AI/ML concepts
    , including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
  • Ability to research, prototype, and scale AI models into production
  • Comfortable working in a 
    cross-functional R&D environment
  • Prior experience in contributing to AI publications, open-source projects, or patents (a plus)
