AI Software Engineer

The position involves developing and integrating cutting-edge Gen-AI technologies into our enterprise product stack. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality prompts, designing evaluation frameworks, and implementing prompt-based features.

  • Prompt Engineering: design and refine prompts for tone, style, accuracy, and robustness.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: implement evaluation frameworks such as PromptEval, sampling prompt variations to derive performance distributions.
  • LLM Integration: build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines: document ingestion, embeddings, vector stores, and dynamic context retrieval.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years in AI/ML, NLP, GenAI, or related fields.
  • Experience with prompt-driven product features, evaluation pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting, API services, and backend architectures.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong expertise in prompt engineering, LLM integration, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio of open-source or technical work showcasing prompt experiments and LLM implementations.
