About the Role

At Birnan & Brond, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential opportunities by connecting with decision-makers and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospects across industries and geographies.

Build, manage, and maintain high-quality prospect databases using CRM and lead management tools.

Drive lead generation through diverse channels such as , cold calling, email campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

Engage and nurture prospects through personalized outreach, fostering meaningful business relationships.

Partner closely with the sales team to design strategies for pipeline growth and lead conversion.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging lead-generation technologies to optimize results.
