Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

Our firm specializes in wealth management and insurance services. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

This is a full-time role based out of Pune. The Successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, establishing contact with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants. They will provide information about Tata AIA and AIG and the business opportunity with these two institutions. The ideal candidate will convince them to join as advisors or agency partners, complete documentation, training, schedule exams, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and objectives
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns to promote partnerships and business opportunities

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation is essential. You should also have finance, wealth management, and insurance industry awareness, good written and verbal communication skills, and experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
