A highly skilled Commercial Manager is sought after to excel in a business development role.
">Key Responsibilities:- Analyze monthly stock forecasts from existing partners and place new orders to ensure 6-month inventory availability.
- Negotiate pricing and costs with partners for both Rx and tender orders to ensure profitability.
- Explore opportunities with regulatory bodies for emergency supplies and special approvals.
- Strategize and execute marketing plans with partners to facilitate key conferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional material for existing products.
- Provide support for video conferences with doctors from various locations.
- Identify and recommend new product opportunities within allocated countries based on gap analysis and product mapping.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new products and submit to the regional head for approval.
- Coordinate with teams to launch new products.
- Resolve bottlenecks and issues hampering order execution by conducting regular meetings.
- Validate documentation and release orders for fulfillment.
- Manage batch-size issues with partners and internal inventory department.
- Submit annual budget reports and maintain pricing to achieve targets.
- Conduct cost sheet audits and document checking to optimize costs factors.
Educational Qualifications: MBA from a Leading Business School, preferably in International Business
Relevant Experience: 4-7 years of experience in business development, handling complex regions, with 1-2 years of on-field exposure
