Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • End-to-end recruitment & onboarding: We are looking for someone who can efficiently manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to employee onboarding.
  • Maintaining employee records & HR documentation: The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Attendance & payroll coordination: We require someone who can effectively coordinate attendance and payroll processes to ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Handling day-to-day office administration: This role involves managing daily office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Supporting management in HR policies & compliance: The Human Resources Manager will provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years of HR experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask
