Role & Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in day-to-day HR functions.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate shortlisting, coordination with placement agencies, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Draft professional internal communications.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and awareness drives.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor and support in resolving minor grievances.
  • Support compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and training institutes for hiring activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with job portals and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Willingness to build a long-term career in HR.
