Job Title: HR Administrator

In this role, you will oversee human resources functions, administer employee benefits, manage personnel records, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

You will be responsible for:

  • Employee Onboarding and Recruitment: Coordinate the hiring process, including candidate screening, interviews, and job offers. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires are properly trained.">
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefit information. Ensure all data is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.">
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay up-to-date on changing labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.">
  • Performance Management: Work with management to develop and implement performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.">
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training sessions on various topics, including communication skills, time management, and conflict resolution.">

You will also assist with office operations, including supervising support staff, managing supplies and equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. To excel in this position, you should possess a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR/Business Administration and 3-6 years of experience in HR & Admin functions. Your proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems, and people management skills will be essential in achieving success.
