Human Resource Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition and employee retention.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including I-9 verification, W-4 compliance, E-Verify, and background checks.
  • Prepare and disseminate offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems.
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including recruiters and consultants.

Required Skills:

  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree; postgraduate education is preferred.
  • 0–5 years of experience in HR operations.
