Job Overview:

As a Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the banking and investments relationships of high net worth individuals (HNIs) and driving business growth from this segment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and meeting/exceeding client expectations.
  • Identify and nurture existing and potential relationships with revenue-generating potential and grow business through incremental sales.
  • Meet sales targets across various product lines, including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments.
  • Proactively sell a range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential HNI clients.
  • Increase cash and savings account balances in assigned portfolios through deepening and acquisition strategies.
  • Enhance product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and increase wallet share through effective customer engagement.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining desired relationship values.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with service and sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with HNIs and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
