Job Title:

Key Account Development Specialist

This is a key role in our organization responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Job Summary:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on performance, client feedback and market analysis to senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in relationship management, sales or business development in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services including loans, deposits and investment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate a track record of successful relationship management.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be results-driven and have a strong analytical mindset.
