Job Title:
Key Account Development SpecialistThis is a key role in our organization responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and present reports on performance, client feedback and market analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in relationship management, sales or business development in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services including loans, deposits and investment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate a track record of successful relationship management.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be results-driven and have a strong analytical mindset.
