
Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing select Private bank accounts. The successful candidate will possess exceptional account management skills and be driven by relentless execution.
Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of Key clients to ensure their loyalty and retention.
- Achieve a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements through ongoing engagement and analysis.
- Pursue opportunities to expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the effective delivery of products and services to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the liaison between key customers and internal teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and address complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Contribute significantly to generating new sales that will evolve into long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of banking processes within the financial industry.
- Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a bank or financial institution, with proven expertise in senior key account management roles.
- Proven track record of delivering value-added solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
- The ability to translate client business challenges into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, research, and competition updates.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build lasting relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. They will also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills, while driving consultative sales efforts.
