Key Accounts Manager Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing select Private bank accounts. The successful candidate will possess exceptional account management skills and be driven by relentless execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of Key clients to ensure their loyalty and retention.
  • Achieve a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements through ongoing engagement and analysis.
  • Pursue opportunities to expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of products and services to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the liaison between key customers and internal teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and address complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Contribute significantly to generating new sales that will evolve into long-lasting relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of banking processes within the financial industry.
  • Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a bank or financial institution, with proven expertise in senior key account management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering value-added solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
