Commercial Banking Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Domain Expert to join our team.

This individual will act as a solutions expert/advisor, providing strategic insights and process consulting across commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights for Business Process Services (BPS) function.
  • Own solution creation and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash and payments, risk and compliance, and client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting or transformation roles is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance environment.
  • Good understanding of digital banking trends, banking platforms, automation, analytics, and FinTech collaboration models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
