We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Consultant to join our team. This individual will act as a solutions expert and advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic insights and process consulting across commercial banking operations.

  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements, translating complex banking processes into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation.

This role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry, including maturities, platforms, geographical requirements, and clients' support systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution creation and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations, including process reengineering, automation, and workflow orchestration

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking, with exposure to areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within a Business Process Services (BPS) function is preferred
