As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and resolving queries related to our Net Banking platforms. You will also train branch and support teams through workshops, advisory notes, and knowledge-sharing content. Additionally, you will monitor recurring issues and suggest long-term fixes and improvements to enhance platform stability. Furthermore, you will coordinate with tech, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth platform performance. Lastly, you will prepare reports and dashboards to track query trends and resolution timelines, ensuring all support and training activities comply with internal and regulatory policies.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a support or product management role, preferably with a focus on digital banking platforms like NetBanking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for handling and resolving technical queries.
  • Excellent communication and training skills for conducting workshops and creating support materials.
  • Ability to identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
