Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Partnership Manager to spearhead our partner engagement initiatives. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving various partner marketing activities, campaigns, and projects.

About the Role:

  • Create and manage comprehensive partner programs, including training, resources, and support to optimize partner success.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between vendors and partners by acting as a liaison.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including ROI analysis.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate partners on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Gather and organize feedback from partners and customers to facilitate continuous improvement of partner marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos.
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or program management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
