The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:

* Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, provide strategic advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design, partner with leadership to identify and resolve key challenges related to talent and culture.

* Employee Relations and Engagement: Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand and address concerns, drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

* Talent Management: Identify training and development needs within business units and recommend tailored solutions, support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development, assist in developing retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee satisfaction.

* Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions, communicate changes effectively to employees, addressing concerns and promoting alignment, ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

* Diversity and Inclusion: Partner with leadership to promote diversity and inclusivity initiatives, support programs and activities that foster an equitable and balanced workforce, analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, prepare and present regular reports on key HR performance indicators to leadership.

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
* Overall Experience of 15 years and minimum of 8-10 years of experience as HR Manager and, with a focus on HR business partnering
* Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy
* Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
* Proficiency in HR tools and systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills
