Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, and secretarial services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly compliance applicable to the company and its subsidiaries or associated companies.
  • Supporting and assisting in convening board, committee meetings, and shareholders' meetings of subsidiaries, LLCs, and group companies.
  • Preparing agendas and drafting minutes of board/board committee meetings and directors' reports.
  • Preparing and ensuring timely filings of annual returns and other forms as applicable with the registrar of companies (ROC) and other regulators for various corporate actions.
  • Maintaining statutory registers as prescribed under the Companies Act 2013 or relevant acts.
  • Providing information/documents as requested by various departments, statutory auditors, internal auditors, and secretarial auditors, etc., and attending their queries and closing the same.
  • Performing other day-to-day secretarial work such as new entity formation, license renewal, and updating management information systems (MIS).
  • Having exposure to foreign company secretarial work including regulatory filings will be an added advantage.
Requirements

For this role, we require a:

  • Qualified Company Secretary
  • Minimum one year post-qualification experience
  • Responsible and dedicated individual who can commit to assigned tasks
  • Preference given to those residing in Mumbai/Thane area who can join immediately
