Job Title: Senior Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Expert to join our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with expertise in the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) domains.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Compliance Management: Develop and implement effective compliance programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing business operations.
  3. Board Support: Provide expert guidance on matters of corporate governance, board processes, and regulatory changes.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and other external parties.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of AIF and PMS regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
