
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Originator. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by sourcing new customers through open market initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets for Mortgage Loans through strategic customer acquisition.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and channel partner networks.
- Nurture business relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings to understand loan requirements and recommend suitable Mortgage Loan products.
- Coordinate with internal departments for efficient processing of client applications.
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any field.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, processes, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales environment.
