Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice Leader in an IT services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Drive delivery of client implementations and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Grow business in current accounts and identify new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities
  • Expertise in ServiceNow eco-system, company, and product roadmap
  • Ability to handle global responsibility and multiple account management
  • Strong communication and networking skills to manage stakeholders
