**Job Description**

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the platform.

The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.

Key responsibilities include designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, leading development and implementation of applications and integrations, ensuring platform scalability and adherence to security best practices, and providing technical guidance and mentorship.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Effective collaboration skills, experienced in working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
  • Education: BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or a degree in a relevant field.
