ServiceNow Software Asset Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Technical Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM. They will work closely with the architecture team to design and implement solutions, optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications, and integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement solutions.
  • Optimization and Maintenance: Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: At least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Development: Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
  • Programming Expertise: Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desirable Experience
  • Implementations: At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations.
  • Custom Integrations: Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API).
  • Service Mapping: Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

Estimated annual minimum salary range is 6500000 INR and maximum is 11000000 INR. The currency is INR.
