HR Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an HR Service Delivery Expert.

About the Role
  • This is a key position that requires expertise in implementing and managing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) for large-scale enterprise environments.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations is essential.
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is also desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of a large-scale HR environment.
  • Develop and implement unit testing, defect fixing, and hypercare support for go-live situations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow implementation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
