Job Opportunity

Audacious individuals with a passion for fintech are invited to take on the challenge of delivering Banking-as-a-Service solutions to enterprise clients.

  • This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
  2. Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  3. Oversee solution design and platform assessments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security) to deliver seamless implementations.
  5. Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  6. Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  7. Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking (SME/Retail/Core Banking implementation, risk platforms etc.), or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
