As a Business Analyst ServiceNow – Order Management and Data, you will work on remote projects within Spain's timezone. You will be responsible for managing large data extractions, converting it into the right ServiceNow target format, and working with SMEs on mappings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with focus on Data
  • Business Analyst with experience in data activities, OM knowledge and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow
  • Ability to grasp functional aspects of data and work with SMEs on mappings
  • Experience in data migration activities, capable to manage large data extractions
  • Desirable experience in OM data model capable to advice best practices on the usage of the fields and its impact on the process
  • Experience with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written / oral communication skills in English, ability to adapt communication to the audience, and excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and open mindset. The successful candidate must also be able to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify the effort and required changes.
