Telecom Order Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead the development of our Telecom Order Management (OMT) solution. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to leverage their skills in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end order management processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items to meet telecom order management needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring seamless integration with OSS/BSS platforms and legacy systems
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to handle product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows efficiently
  • Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
  • Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes, adhering to Agile delivery practices and ITSM best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on OMT module
  • Expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal
  • Knowledge of telecom domain, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills, with the ability to write design documents, deployment guides, and technical specifications
