Tower Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced tower design professional to lead our transmission line and telecom tower projects with a focus on quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Develop detailed tower drawings in compliance with international standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Create estimates for tendering and project execution, taking into account budget constraints and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate client specifications and provide technical and commercial proposals that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements, facilitating smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Perform load analysis and optimize tower design for maximum efficiency and minimal costs.
  • Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission and substation projects, driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessment for new projects, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Liaise with clients and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5-12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission/Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software and ERP tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
