We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Operations Manager to lead our Contact Center technology initiatives. This key role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end telecommunications systems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions, IT infrastructure, and disaster recovery processes. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential to drive business success and improve customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals in collaboration with senior management.
  • Establish metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors and outsourcers to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Lead the deployment and integration of NICE inContact CXone solutions, including voice, chat, email, and SMS channels.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement call flows, IVR systems, and backend integrations using API.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years' overall experience.
  • Good to have Contact Center domain experience.
  • Project/Implementation experience is a must.
  • Good experience in team management.
  • Certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.
