Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of IT systems within the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Implement and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Develop and maintain documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Integrate systems with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.

  • Experience in IT system development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading IT projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
