Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector. Additionally, they should have knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Midserver Configuration: Implement and configure Midserver for efficient data collection and processing.
  • CMDB Data Alignment: Align CMDB data with business requirements for accurate asset management.
  • Service Graph Connector: Configure Service Graph Connector for real-time service monitoring and analytics.
  • Networking Concepts: Apply knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones and cloud environments, to ensure secure and reliable data exchange.
  • OT Visibility and Asset Management: Implement OT Visibility and Asset Management modules in ServiceNow to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Scripting and Automation: Develop scripts for automated processes, including business rules and script actions, to streamline workflows.
  • Configuration and Enhancements: Perform configuration and enhancements on ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In ServiceNow ITOM, with expertise in configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector.
  • Strong Understanding: Of networking concepts, DMZ zones, and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems: Familiarity with industrial control systems, OT network functions, and Purdue Model architecture.
  • Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Power/Shell, and ability to automate processes using business rules and script actions.
  • Database Architecture: Moderate understanding of database architecture and ability to write SQL queries.
