Job Description:

As a strategic leader, you will drive initiatives for Retail Trade/Forex business in assigned geographies/branches.

  • Maximize revenue and customer base from focus segments such as EXIM, Travel, and Tourism.
  • Develop product/process initiatives to increase customer acquisition/enhancement/increment in wallet share.
  • Jointly scope with branches for mapping opportunities in focus/opportunity segments. Structure product/pricing requirements for specific catchments/customer groups basis identified opportunity.
  • Joint visits to customers with branch RMs for product structuring/relationship deepening.
  • Drive B-B-C opportunities with local leadership assistance.
Core Responsibilities:

Earmark key focus branches within the geography in terms of current account/trade forex business under regional leadership consultation. Ensure business focus is maintained through continuous interaction with branches/leadership and regular visits to key identified branches.

  • Audit working model/sales process efficiency in key branches and highlight gaps to management for corrective action.
  • Monitor key accounts in the region for revenue/value growth and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support newly joined resources in CA model branches with relevant information on product features/service capabilities.
