
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts. This key role involves planning and executing the monthly and quarterly LAP strategy, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-disbursement activities, and building a strong network of channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling LAP products, strong skills in planning and executing sales strategies, and experience in identifying and managing channel partners. They will be customer-centric with a focus on service delivery and satisfaction, and possess excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
In this role, you will:
- Sales Strategy: Plan and execute the monthly and quarterly LAP strategy to drive regional growth.
- Channel Partner Management: Identify and develop relationships with potential channel partners to generate business leads.
- Sales & Operations: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including documentation, customer support, and issue mitigation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the distribution network to drive sales and plan promotional activities.
- Cross-Selling: Cross-sell insurance and other related products to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in NBFC or Banking.
- Proven track record in selling LAP products.
- Strong skills in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
