Job Description

As a Senior NRI Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility would be to drive business growth for the region through strategic broking and other product sales. This involves upselling and cross-selling existing acquired NRI clients in Dubai and other offshore locations.

You will have a good understanding of equity, derivatives, commodities, and currencies, as well as segment-based products such as mutual funds, portfolio management services, and alternative investment funds.

Your role will also involve team leadership and training on products and selling skills. You will need to improve and maintain client activity ratios by activating clients across various segments.

In addition, you will have to coordinate with different teams and possess strong channel management skills. As a team leader, you should be able to hire and train new relationship managers.

Strong analytical skills are required to interpret business information effectively.

  • Handling a team of NRI relationship managers
  • Domain knowledge of products like equity stock broking, PMS, mutual funds, AIF, bonds
  • Experience in handling B2C & B2B
  • 8+ years in sales of investment products like equity stock broking and mutual funds, PMS, AIF
