Job Title: Territory Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Head to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in your assigned territory.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual growth and success
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
  • Ensure the delivery of quality services and products to customers

Requirements:

  • MBA/Graduate with minimum 6 years of sales experience and minimum 5 years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams in the BFSI/Telecom/Broking/Call Centre space
